Versatile in its application, this closer is ideal for closing cavities at external doors, window jambs and sills while providing essential thermal insulation to prevent cold bridging. Suitable for cavities up to 150mm, Thermo-loc Platinum Plus FX offers a comprehensive set of features and benefits to enhance its performance.

This innovative closer ensures an efficient damp-proof course (DPC) and thermal barrier between the frame, inner, and outer wall leaf, with a low thermal conductivity of 0.031W/mk. Thermo-loc Platinum Plus FX surpasses the minimum thermal resistance path of 0.45m² K/W as specified in accredited construction details. Its rigid profile extrusion in UPVC allows for easy first and second fix installations, ensuring durability and resistance to decay. With the added convenience of simple on-site trimming to accommodate varying cavity widths, this product stands out as a reliable choice.
