A multi-layer foil insulation, SuperFOIL SF6 is designed with the DIY customer in mind. This insulation boasts a thickness of 25mm and is available in a convenient 1.2m x 10m roll, which makes it a fantastic choice for use in a variety of spaces, including garden rooms, sheds, garages, conservatories and many more.
Despite being a DIY product, the SuperFOIL SF6 is manufactured with the same high-quality materials as the fully certified Trade equivalent. However, it does not possess the added third-party certification that is typically associated with trade products as it can keep the price of the insulation low and is not necessary for the target market.
Installation of this insulation is both simple and fast. It can be easily installed in a continuous layer, negating the need to 'cut and fit' the insulation between joists and rafters. The flexibility and light weight of this insulation allow it to be moved easily in one unit. SuperFOIL SF6 can be used alone or in conjunction with other forms of insulation to meet your specific insulation needs.
Due to the SuperFOIL SF6 being a continuous layer, it significantly improves air tightness. This insulation also serves as a reflective barrier that effectively counters excessive heat during the summer months and offers excellent insulation during colder seasons.
