This high-performance laminate, known as Spacetherm WL Wall Liner Aerogel Insulation, is an exceptional alternative to traditional plasterboard laminates. Despite being only 13mm thick, it offers comparable performance while being much thinner. The Spacetherm WL Wall Liner comprises a 10mm thick Aerogel blanket that is bonded to a 3mm thick Magnesium Board (MgO).
Because of its thinness, this wall liner is particularly suitable for applications where space is limited but improved thermal performance is required. Additionally, it provides extra flexibility, making it an excellent choice for renovation projects. It is intended for difficult to treat walls and can be easily fixed directly onto your existing solid wall's internal surface without the need for mechanical fixings.
To ensure optimal results, the wall liner should be applied to a clean, bare, structurally sound base. Once installed, it can accommodate a variety of finishes, such as wallpaper, paint, and tiles. Moreover, it is composed of non-hazardous materials and allows your wall to breathe.
