Suited to bonding to all floor types, this Regupol 4515 Multi Acoustic Underlay is made of a PUR foam core and cork granules that are incorporated during manufacturing to eliminate rubber content. This ensures plasticiser migration is not an issue in certain floor types or adhesives. This underlay is also completely recyclable and sustainable.
This Regupol 4515 underlay is compatible with ceramic tiles, vinyl tiles, carpets, wood floors, laminates, and more. It resists ageing and deformation, in turn preventing the collapse of floor build-up when exposed to high load points over time. A 34dB impact sound reduction is attainable, although this will depend on the floor build-up.
This Regupol 4515 should be bonded to the subfloor, then the final decorative finish can be installed on top. Resilient, light under foot and with a thin build-up, this underlay suits refurbishment projects and new builds where floor height is a consideration. Independently tested for assurance, this acoustic underlay will allow compliance with Part E 2003 Building Regulations in new build constructions.
