BBA-certified and suitable for use in all buildings of any height, this rock mineral wool insulation is non-combustible and boasts a Euroclass A1 fire rating, giving you peace of mind that your building is safe and secure.
Rocksilk RainScreen Slab is made using Knauf's unique bio-based binder, ECOSE® Technology, and has a thermal conductivity of 0.034 W/mK, offering exceptional thermal insulation. Plus, with its water-repellent additive, the slabs will maintain their integrity when exposed on-site, providing reliable, long-lasting insulation.
The slabs are lightweight yet rigid enough to resist compression forces generated when fixing them to the building substrate, and their engineered design adapts to minor imperfections in the substrates. What's more, they are odourless, rot-proof, non-hygroscopic, and do not sustain vermin or encourage the growth of fungi, mould, or bacteria.
