As a versatile insulation solution, these OmniFit® slabs are perfect for various applications in timber and steel frame construction. Whether it's for ground or internal floors, pitched roofs at rafter level or timber frame, light steel frame or internal walls or partitions, this non-combustible insulation offers exceptional thermal and acoustic performance.

Fabricated with a unique bio-based binder, ECOSE® Technology and constructed from glass mineral wool, these OmniFit® Slabs 35 feature a multi-purpose design which reduces the need for multiple products on-site and in a vehicle, making them a convenient and cost-effective solution. Their manufactured size allows for seamless friction fitting between common stud centres, eliminating the necessity for on-site cutting and waste. What's more, unlike rigid boards, they effortlessly adapt to any slight substrate imperfections and knit together, leaving no air gaps for optimal performance.

Handling and storage of this OmniFit® insulation are incredibly straightforward. Its lightweight and easy-to-cut nature makes it simple to install and it comes in recyclable polythene packs (4-LDPE) for short-term protection. What's more, it contains no greenhouse gases or ozone-depleting substances.

Additionally, these OmniFit® Slabs 35 are not only high-performing but also deliver exceptional durability, as they are odourless, non-hygroscopic and rot-proof and do not promote the growth of mould, fungi or bacteria or sustain vermin.

  • Reaction to Fire: Euroclass A1 classification to BS EN 13501-1
  • Certified by TÜV Nord: Manufactured in accordance with BS EN 13162, ISO 50001 Energy Management Systems, ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems and ISO 9001 Quality Management systems
  • Awarded DECLARE 'Red List Free' label: There are no ingredients that are on the red list such as phenol or formaldehyde.

  • For longer-term storage on-site, this OmniFit® insulation should be kept indoors or under cover off the ground without permanent exposure to the elements.
