This IKO Enertherm ALU PIR Rigid Cavity Wall Insulation Board is an exceptional choice for your insulation needs, offering expert performance and reliability. With a thickness of 60mm, these boards measure 1200mm x 450mm and are delivered on a pallet of 80 sheets. Specifically designed for partial fill insulation in external cavity walls with masonry inner and outer leaves, these boards are suitable for various applications in new domestic or non-domestic buildings.
All IKO Enertherm ALU insulation boards have undergone rigorous testing, ensuring exceptional performance under extreme conditions. They excel in areas, such as water absorption, mechanical properties, corrosion resistance, and emissivity. By effectively resisting water transfer across the cavity, it contributes to minimising the risk of condensation. Furthermore, its durability, rot-proof nature, water resistance, and long-term stability make it an ideal choice, remaining effective for the entire lifespan of the building.
As a multi-functional solution, these insulation boards boast a rigid polyisocyanurate (PIR) foam core, entirely free from harmful CFC, HCFC, or HFC gasses. Their efficiency is further enhanced by the inclusion of a multi-layer gas-tight aluminium foil cladding on both sides of each board. Its premium reflecting ALU cladding is meticulously engineered, comprising seven layers that form a robust and cohesive construction.
With a declared thermal conductivity value of 0.022 W/mK, this IKO Enertherm ALU insulation board offers superior thermal insulation, delivering remarkable energy efficiency and promoting a comfortable indoor environment.
