With BBA approval for both warm and cold roofs, it offers maximum protection for up to three months, although swift installation is recommended for optimal results.

What's more, this Danelaw LR120 underlay can be effortlessly integrated into your roof structure without the need for ventilation, provided a VCL is in place and the ceiling is properly sealed. During other ongoing construction activities, it is crucial to protect the underlay against any potential contact with oil, petrol or water-based timber treatments, which may inadvertently occur due to the use of power tools. It is vital to ensure that this Danelaw LR120 under does not encounter wet solvents or water-based timber treatments so that its integrity is not compromised.

In strict accordance with BS 5250 Annex H, this exceptional Danelaw LR120 underlay qualifies as a superior type LR underlay, boasting outstanding quality and minimal resistance. It can be installed in unsupported applications by draping it over rafters or in supported applications over timber sarking or rigid insulation, offering flexibility and ease of use.

You can rest assured, this Danelaw LR120 underlay has undergone independent testing by the BRE. It can be used at a 250mm batten gauge in unsupported applications susceptible to all wind uplift zones and with a 345mm batten gauge unsupported in zones 1, 2 and 3.
