An energy-efficient option for increasing thermal efficiency and limiting heat loss, the LWT Thermo loft ladder is designed with insulation in mind. It is constructed with premium quality wood and an 80mm thick hatch that contains polystyrene insulation which not only forms a barrier against heat loss, but also provides an over uValue as low as U=0.51W/m²K.

Equipped with three seals to ensure a draught-free fit, this loft ladder is the ideal choice for installation in areas where there are large temperature differences between the habitable loft rooms and non-habitable attic space.

The hatch hinges of this ladder have an updated design that controls the movement of the ladder so that it moves away from the hatch, providing convenience and ease when opened. Additionally, its low weight and innovative "click" method of attaching the hatch allow for simple installation with one person, although safety precautions should be taken at all times. It can also be fitted with additional accessories.

This product meets the requirements of EN 14975 and offers the highest rating of air tightness, class 4K in accordance with EN 12207.
