Description

EcoTherm Eco-Liner dry lining insulation board is fibre free and enables internal wall insulation in one easy application without impacting on the interior space. EcoTherm Eco-Liner is perfect for insulating from the inside which upgrades the thermal performance in existing buildings.

Eco-Liner insulated plasterboard is suited to internal wall applications for solid, cavity or timber frame walls within new and existing properties. But, it can also be used to line the underside of pitched roof rafters to create a room in the roof. The 2 in 1 board insulates and dry lines walls in one application. Eco-Liner is ideal for refurbishing existing buildings to a higher thermal performance.

EcoTherm Eco-Liner boards also respond quickly to heating systems and provide a cost-effective means of reducing CO2 emissions for compliance with Building Regulations.

Please note, do not use Eco-Liner to hide or isolate damp or wet walls. Customers are advised to assess walls to identify suitable Eco-Liner installation method.

Can these boards be dot and dabbed?

Answer:

Yes, you can install the product in question via the 'dot and dab' method - please see the page 22 on this guide for more info - https://www.insulationsuperstore.co.uk/user/u/pimp/uploads/attachments/4/ecotherm-structural-installation-guide.pdf

Question:

Does this board include a foil lining between the plaster board and the insulation

Answer:

The outer facing is lined with Bilaminate foil paper but this is not on the inside that is bonded to the plasterboard.
