This Thermaclass Full Fill Cavity Wall 21 PIR Board from Celotex is designed to provide efficient insulation in full-fill cavity wall applications. Engineered for simplicity and effectiveness, this polyisocyanurate (PIR) insulation board offers exceptional thermal performance with a low thermal conductivity of 0.021 W/m.K. Tailored to streamline the installation process, these boards are designed to fit seamlessly within standard cavity wall tie spacing. Choose from a variety of thicknesses to meet your specific insulation requirements.

The Celotex Thermaclass insulation is designed to improve energy efficiency, with the addition of a low emissivity foil facing. The insulation is versatile and can accommodate up to a 10mm residual cavity, making it easy to install and accommodating mortar squeeze. Alternatively, it can also be used as a full-fill solution with no residual cavity, providing flexibility to meet various construction needs.

Boasting dimensions of 1190mm x 450mm, these boards are both rigid and lightweight, making them easy to handle during installation. The tongue and groove edge profile further streamlines the installation process, ensuring a quick and straightforward setup. It also has a Euroclass F classification for Reaction to Fire, meaning it is easily flammable and, therefore, not suitable for certain applications, such as in the external walls of buildings over 11 metres in height.

Celotex Thermaclass Cavity Wall 21 is not suitable for use in external walls of buildings exceeding 11 meters in height. In accordance with recent updates to Building Regulations, structures of this height should only incorporate insulation that is either non-combustible or of limited combustibility.
