Find out moreThis multi-purpose insulation board from Celotex is ideal for use in an array of applications such as steel framed and timber framed systems, floors, solid masonry walls, flat roofs and pitched roofs. Featuring a low emissivity foil facing, it is made from rigid polyisocyanurate (PIR) material which is effortless to cut and shape.
Due to the outstanding thermal performance, as proven by a 0.022W/mK thermal conductivity, this insulation board can hit the target uValue with a decreased thickness. Additionally, the low emissivity foil facing delivers increased thermal performance in sealed cavity air spaces, enhancing the potential uValue.
Certified by the British Board of Agrément (BBA), this Celotex insulation is fit for use in defined floor, wall and roof applications when installed, used and maintained as recommended in the certificate, to give you peace of mind. What's more, it has gained a Building Research Establishment (BRE) Green Guide Rating of A which makes it a valuable resource which can help improve your environmental performance in your Building Research Environmental Assessment Method (BREAM) evaluations.
Question:
How many boards per pack?
Answer:
This is sold per board rather than as a pack.
Question:
Can I fix this to the inside of my attic ceiling, i.e. in a bedroom, without additional plasterwork over the surface? Do you supply screws for this? How many would I need per panel? What is the weight of each panel?
Answer:
If fixing to a ceiling, ideally you'd fix plasterboard back over this, the product is the same facing either side so you can fit either side. Sadly we do not provide a specific screw for ceiling securement but there isn't a reccomended amount for each panel, this is at the installers discretion. This panel weighs approximately 5.53KG each.
Question:
Can i use instead of osb board for shed floor
Answer:
This is not intended to be a final finish product so you must put a form of timber over this, OSB would be fine.
Question:
What is your delivery range ? Is it nationwide?
