Find out moreDesigned to bring warmth and comfort to your home, the 150-watt Bodenwärme Electric Undertile Heating Cable Kit with gloss white iSTAT Thermostat is suitable for ceramic, porcelain and natural stone tiled floors. Its greatest benefit is its flexibility, allowing you to position the cables into your required floor layout. This makes the kits perfect for irregular-shaped rooms and rooms with many fixtures that may need to be avoided, such as bathrooms.
The Bodenwärme Electric Undertile Heating Cable Kit will provide your rooms with sufficient power to deliver a single-source heating solution, meaning no need for radiators taking up space. Whereas traditional radiator heating systems are often prone to causing hot and cold spots, the Bodenwärme Electric Undertile Heating Cable Kit maintains a comfortable heating profile where your feet are kept warm and your head remains cool.
Each kit comes with a touchscreen iSTAT Electric Underfloor Wi-Fi Thermostat, featuring a gloss white fascia and a contemporary styled chrome frame. As well as a 'Key Lock', adaptive learning and weekly programming functions, with inbuilt Wi-Fi connectivity, you can control your thermostat remotely via your Android or IOS device. This means even when you're not at home, you can set the temperature of your underfloor heating, ready for when you return.
The robust and reliable Bodenwärme Electric Undertile Heating Cable Kit are backed with a lifetime warrany while the thermostats are covered by specific manufacturer backed warranties you giving peace of mind.
To calculate which kit size is right for your project, you need to first work out the area of the entire floor space by multiplying the width of the floor by the length. Once this is done, you should then deduct any fixed furniture from the area with a clearance of less than 50mm above the floor. This will eliminate the risk of causing hot spots in your room. Once you have a total area minus the deductions, you should deduct a further 10% from your total as this will allow for the spacing between cables and for spacing around the perimeter of the room.
