Find out moreDesigned to bring comfort and warmth to your home, this 150-watt BodenWärme Electric Undertile Heating Cable Kit with a gloss white iSTAT Thermostat is suitable for ceramic, porcelain and natural stone tiled floors. Its greatest benefit is its flexibility, allowing you to position the cables into your required floor layout. This makes the kits perfect for irregular-shaped rooms and rooms with many fixtures that may need to be avoided, such as bathrooms.
This BodenWärme Electric Undertile Heating Cable Kit will provide your rooms with sufficient power to deliver a single-source heating solution, meaning no need for radiators taking up space. While traditional radiator heating systems are often prone to causing hot and cold spots, this BodenWärme Electric Undertile Heating Cable Kit maintains a comfortable heating profile where your head remains cool and your feet are kept warm.
Each kit comes with a touchscreen iSTAT Electric Underfloor WiFi Thermostat, featuring a gloss white fascia and a contemporary-styled chrome frame. Not only does it include a 'Key Lock', adaptive learning and weekly programming functions, but it also boasts inbuilt WiFi connectivity so you can control your thermostat remotely via your Android or IOS device. This means even when you're not at home, you can set the temperature of your underfloor heating, ready for when you return.
This reliable and robust BodenWärme Electric Undertile Heating Cable Kit is backed with a lifetime warranty while the thermostats are covered by specific manufacturer backed warranties to give you peace of mind and assurance.
To calculate which kit size is right for your project, you will first need to work out the area of the whole floor space by multiplying the length of the floor by the width. Once this is done, you should then subtract any fixed furniture from the area with a clearance of less than 50mm above the floor. This will eradicate the risk of causing hot spots in your room. When you have a total area minus the deductions, you should deduct a further 10% from your total as this will allow for the spacing between cables and around the perimeter of the room.
