Find out moreProviding you with flexibility with the layout of your underfloor heating, this 150-watt BodenWärme Electric Undertile Heating Cable Kit with sleek black iSTAT Thermostat is an ideal option for rooms with fixtures and architectural features that need to be circumvented. Also a popular choice for irregularly shaped rooms, the BodenWärme Electric Undertile Heating Cable Kit is designed specifically for ceramic, porcelain and natural stone tiled floors.
The BodenWärme Electric Undertile Heating Cable Kit is able to provide your rooms with sufficient power for a single-source heating solution, as a result preventing radiators from taking up your space. Whereas traditional radiator heating systems are often prone to causing hot and cold spots, the BodenWärme Electric Undertile Heating Cable Kit maintains a comfortable heating profile where your feet can be kept warm and your head can stay cool.
Each kit comes with a touchscreen iSTAT Electric Underfloor WiFi Thermostat, featuring a contemporary gloss black fascia and a sleek chrome frame. With a range of innovative features, including a 'Key Lock', adaptive learning system and weekly programming function, the thermostat's WiFi connectivity means you can control the system remotely via an Android or IOS device. So, even if you're not home to adjust the temperature, you can operate the system to ensure you have your desired temperature ready for your arrival.
The robust and reliable BodenWärme Electric Undertile Heating Cable Kits are backed with a lifetime warranty while the thermostats are covered by specific manufacturer-backed warranties, in turn supplying you with peace of mind.
To calculate which kit size is right for your project, you need to first work out the area of the entire floor space by multiplying the width of the floor by the length. Once this is done, you should then deduct any fixed furniture from the area with a clearance of less than 50mm above the floor. This will eliminate the risk of causing hot spots in your room. Once you have a total area minus the deductions, you should deduct a further 10% from your total as this will allow for the spacing between cables and for spacing around the perimeter of the room.
