This Baumit Klima Glatt is a lime-based skimming plaster with excellent permeability. It boasts a natural white hue, perfect for achieving a refined surface on interior walls. Thanks to its breathability, it is particularly suitable for environments with elevated moisture levels, such as kitchens and bathrooms.
This Baumit Klima Glatt presents a fine finish that effortlessly enhances lime, cement and plaster surfaces. Its user-friendly nature allows for easy manual application, and it sets within a mere two hours. Each 20kg bag covers approximately 10m² when applied at a thickness of 2mm.
From the Klima range of products, this Baumit Klima Glatt can be utilised as part of a comprehensive finishing system or a standalone solution. Manufactured in compliance with EN998-1 standards, this premium dry lime powder offers flexibility and universality. However, it is unsuitable for use on gypsum surfaces or in wet rooms while excelling in most other scenarios.
For optimal results, prepare this Baumit Klima Glatt by combining it with clean water and allowing it to rest for up to ten minutes. Thoroughly mix until a creamy consistency is achieved, and then apply it onto a prepared surface with a thickness ranging from 1mm to 2mm. Afterwards, allow it to dry for approximately two hours before proceeding with additional finishing touches.
